Slow Cooker Garlic Jalapeño Shredded Pork

If you are longing for a simple meal. This is it! Just dump and go. Later on, you can assemble open-faced sandwiches. And toast them up in the oven with provolone.

Instructions:

1. Place a 2-3 lb pork roast into your slow cooker.

2. Add 2 tsp salt, 1 jar jalapeños with juice, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup chicken stock, and 4 tbsp minced garlic.

3. Cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Then shred, and serve over rice, in taco bowls, or as a toasty sandwich.

This meal is versatile. And oh so simple. Get your people to the table!
