Little Ms Magnolia - Recipe 2.jpg

Instructions:

1. Season your salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. In a pan on medium-high heat with olive oil, sear salmon. Make sure the skin side is up, and resist the urge to move it for four minutes. This will give you a crispy top.

3. Turn it over. Reduce heat to medium. Put a lid on top, and cook until salmon is done. This length of time will vary depending on the thickness of your filet. Cut the salmon to test the thickest part.

4. While salmon is cooking, season asparagus with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Roast at 400 degrees on a foil-lined pan for approximately 7 minutes.

This is a super quick and affordable meal, friends. Give it a try. The skin will easily flake off for serving. Just get your people to the table!
