Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

A quick one-pan meal? Finished in under 20 minutes? Yes, please!

Instructions:

1. Brown 2 lbs ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, and add salt/pepper to taste.

2. Finely chop onions, green peppers, and banana peppers. Add to hamburger, and sauté until onions are translucent.

3. Add 1 cup beef broth, 2 tbsp ketchup, and 2 tbsp Worcestershire. Stir to combine. Add 1 tbsp corn starch mixed with 1 tbsp water to thicken sauce. Stir constantly until everything is thoroughly combined and sauce is thick.

4. Serve on toasted buns with provolone on top.

Another great variation would be taking out the ketchup and green peppers and, instead, adding mushrooms and Montreal steak seasoning. Mayo on the bun with provolone and French bread would give it a true Philly vibe! Regardless, serve it with kettle chips and fruit, and get your people to the table!
